Having recently struggled to get to sleep on the time I wanted to it has made it very difficult for me to sleep without a struggle. Therefore I am in the process of getting an adequate sleep routine and may take many weeks or months before I am in such a routine.
There is nothing worse than not being able to get to sleep at night and can be very stressful
I cannot wait to get into this routine and to sort this insomnia out.
